Many customers ask us why we do not answer the phones 24 hours a day like some other sites. The reason is because most of these sites that answer their phones 24 hours a day can only do so because they are using an outside answering service possibly located in India or Canada. We do NOT do use an outside service. When you call our customer service number you will talk to one of one of us at F1 Powersports that is very knowledgeable about all of the products we sell and can assist you with product questions, order questions, warranty questions, shipping questions or just about anything else you might need.
